Déclaration du regroupement des victimes des évènements89/91

Bientôt vingt trois années après les déportations de 1989/91, des milliers de mauritaniens continuent de vivre les misères de la déportation.

 

 Aujourd'hui le "REVE 89/91" conscient de ses objectifs, s'adresse au peuple mauritanien, à ses instances dirigeantes pour leur rappeler que des mauritaniens, dont le seul tort en 1989, a été d'être « noirs» continuent de vivre dans l'indifférence, le mépris, l'arbitraire, l'injustice et la misère chez eux.Le REVE 89/91 attire encore une fois l'attention du pouvoir sur le sort de ces milliers de mauritaniens constitués de :

-          des auto-rapatriés de 1996-2005 : plus de 35.000,

-          des rapatriés sous l'égide du H.C.R. et l'Etat : près de 25 000

-          des révoqués et licenciés : plus d'un millier, issus de tous les secteurs.

 Et qui vivent la même situation douloureuse et continuent d'être des déportés, réfugiés chez eux; aucune action respectant le droit n'a été entreprise à leur égard, à savoir :

 

-          La restitution de l'ensemble des terres confisquées,

-          La restitution du bétail spolié ou indemnisation,

-          La réintégration dans leurs droits de tous les travailleurs victimes,

-          La réhabilitation des villages détruits,

-          L'insertion des jeunes

-          Le retour des 15000 réfugiés au Mali

Ces victimes, dans leur ensemble, ont montré à l'opinion nationale et internationale, par leur comportement pacifique, leur degré de maturité, de patience, de nationalisme. Ils ont entrepris de multiples démarches auprès des différents pouvoirs qui se sont succédés pour trouver des solutions consensuelles dans le droit et la justice afin d'épargner un climat d'insécurité au peuple.

 Face à cette situation, le REVE s'engage à poursuivre son plan d'action pour que Justice soit rétablie par:

-          La libération de toutes les terres confisquées,

-          L'intégration de tous les travailleurs du Public et Para public, avec la reconstitution de leur carrière

-          L'instauration d'un programme d'insertion rapide pour le secteur Privé et le secteur informel victimes,

-          L'insertion des diplômés, étudiants et élèves victimes,

-          L'établissement des pièces d'Etat – Civil pour l'ensemble des victimes,

-          Un programme d'insertion pour les agriculteurs et éleveurs,

-          Le rapatriement des réfugiés restés encore au Sénégal et au Mali.

 En ces moments de turbulences sous- régionales et pour éviter le pire, nous aurions souhaité que l'Etat revoit dans la plus grande lucidité avec l'ensemble des concernés  le règlement raisonnable et définitif du passif au lieu de clôturer prématurément, donc activement ce lancinant dossier.

 La Mauritanie mérite que ses fils, dans leurs diversités, se retrouvent et se réconcilient.
